Privacy
Buffster keeps the public game intentionally lean. This page explains what data is stored in your browser and how that data supports play.
What Buffster Stores
Buffster stores public gameplay progress, replay-lock state, share-summary recovery, and local streak history in your browser's local storage so a refresh can restore the same day's board without exposing the full hidden answer order to the client.
Buffster also processes standard request and application logs needed to keep the game running, diagnose failures, and protect the service from abuse.
How Data Is Used
Buffster uses stored gameplay data only to restore the current browser session, show streak and history context on the device that played, and support the spoiler-free share flow. Operational records are used for security, debugging, and running the site.
Buffster does not sell personal data. If first-party analytics are enabled later, this page will be updated to describe the exact events collected and their retention window.
Your Choices
You can clear Buffster's local gameplay state at any time by removing this site's browser storage.
